🎼 WE WERE AT THE Big Eat Food Festival 😋

Fiesta 95 FM hosted an incredible three-day media stage at The Big Eat festival, supported by Dansach, Argies Cakes, and Tie Point Wall Solutions. The event was a huge hit, and director Greg received overwhelmingly positive feedback, crediting the amazing Fiesta 95 FM Team for a successful weekend. Plans are already underway to make next year's event even bigger!

Saturday: Music, Mayhem, and a Chilli Challenge! 🌶️

DJ Bazza Barnett kicked off Saturday's festivities with fantastic music. The day continued with diverse performances from Baby Dread and Fragile Lucy. DJ Phil Eldridge got everyone moving with 60 minutes of "Floor Fillers" in the afternoon. Eva Iglesias captivated the audience with her vibrant performance, followed by the enchanting Swan Samba Drummers.

The first band on stage, Dlugokecki, delivered a riveting 45-minute set. Then, things heated up with the Chilli Eating Contest! Ten brave contestants went head-to-head. After 30 minutes of intense heat, it came down to Dave and Brad. While Dave rapidly devoured each chili, Brad, surprisingly calm, bowed out before trying the last few, making Dave the champion.

The day concluded with fantastic sets from local artists Too Many Temples, Shiversa, and Zen Juddisism.

☀️Sunday: Club Classics and Global Journeys 🎤

Sunday began with DJ Chris Noon entertaining the crowd with Club Mix classics and interviewing local stallholders. DJ Magic Marlow then delivered a high-energy 60-minute dance set. Eva Nicole performed a 40-minute set, showcasing her own music and an excellent tribute to Amy Winehouse. Keith Venn charmed everyone with his keyboard performance for 40 minutes.

Monday: A great all-rounder

Chris Noon was back on Monday, keeping both the audience and stallholders entertained. Pete Harris and Son then jammed, playing music from the 60s to the present day. Midday brought a lively performance from local rap artist Kid Hype.

In the afternoon, the spectacular Colores Mexican Dancers engaged the audience with their vibrant performance. Duke Anthony brought us 60 minutes of 60s classics. Julia Bless returned for another musical journey around the world, and Ana Lucia also made her second appearance. Fragile Lucy made her third appearance on the Fiesta 95 FM Media Stage, and the show concluded with Richard 'Ricky' Palmer singing the crowd into the sunset.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported The Big Eat, especially those who made the Fiesta 95 FM Media Stage such a memorable part of the event!
